Special Order

All Special Order Items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged. In case the item is damaged during transportation, we will assist you to process the freight claims, or if such product is found to have a manufacturer defect – it will be repaired or replaced based on manufacturer's warranty policies. 

Shipping on special order items varies but is usually shipped within 3-4 weeks after your payment has been received.
