Shipments

Orders (excluding Special Order Items) will usually ship out within 3-5 business days after your payment has been received. For each delivery, we required a physical shipping address and phone number where we may contact you. In some rare circumstances, some rural areas may not be accessible to our carrier(s) and therefore, we may not be able to ship to those locations.

Small packages are shipped with UPS, DHL, or FedEx Ground. Large packages are shipped with trucking companies and are put onto pallets and are shrink wrapped. All packages via trucking company are curbside delivery. Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. Additional handling, if needed (for example, inside delivery), is not included in the shipping cost.

Important note during delivery:

Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect all packages. It is your responsibility to inspect the conditions and quantities of your delivery prior to signing the proof of delivery receipt.

Please note that you have the absolute right to take as much time as needed to inspect your item(s) before you sign the delivery receipt. Please do not feel pressured by the delivery driver to speed up your inspecting process. 

If there are any visible damages or shortages are found, you must make a note of this on the proof of delivery receipt, and you must contact us at (209) 943-0628 immediately. By signing your name without any notes of the damages or shortages that actually exist, you agree on receiving the delivery in its conditions and quantities.

The delivery receipt is a binding contract. Signing the delivery receipt without note of any damages means that you received the item in good condition and in exact quantities. The carrier will not pay for any claims if there are any disputes on these items even though they are insured.

If the package is in perfect condition (arrived on a pallet with strap and shrink wrap and no damage) but you find concealed damage after opening the box, please e-mail or call us within 3 days after receiving your order. Please take pictures of the box and damaged area and email them to service@esinks.net. A customer service representative will follow up with you.
